Storefront reserve and buy policy
Published storefront items can be reserved or bought by shoppers when the shop has enabled the matching workflow.
Reserve requires a card, holds 36 hours, no charge before pickup.
Paid online orders are held longer and reminded before unclaimed review.
Public guide discovery stays read-only; it does not reserve, buy, or change inventory.
Privacy and product improvement
SAGE never sells your shop data or customer list. This switch only controls anonymized product metrics, like feature use and aggregate digest activity, that help improve SAGE.
Export or delete your data
Your dashboard and storefront stay free, and your data stays yours. Download a ZIP export any time. Delete sends a confirmation email first, then permanently removes the shop only after you click that link.
Use the HTTPS WordPress site URL and the SAGE Application Password from that admin user.
Connect Buffer manually
OAuth is the normal Buffer connection. Use this manual fallback only if Buffer OAuth is not configured yet or support asks for a server-side API key test.
Connect Lightspeed E-Series with a token
Use this only if the App Market connection cannot finish. SAGE checks the shop-approved Ecwid token, imports products, creates SAGE storefront item pages, and verifies catalog access.
Manual Shippo setup
Use this only if one-click Shippo connection is unavailable. SAGE can still connect by checking a Shippo token from the shop's settings.
Connect USPS
Paste USPS Developer Portal credentials. SAGE checks OAuth, then runs a small Prices API access check. Labels require USPS Ship plus an EPS or permit payment account.
Connect Shopify
Enter the store prefix from your Shopify admin URL. SAGE will send you to Shopify to confirm the connection.
Connect Clover sandbox
Use a Clover sandbox merchant ID and API token for proof-mode imports only. Production Clover setup stays off until you confirm the live connection.
Connect Lightspeed X-Series
Enter the retailer prefix from the Lightspeed Retail URL, like myshop for myshop.retail.lightspeed.app.
Connect BigCommerce
Paste a one-time claim code only if SAGE was installed directly inside BigCommerce. Leave it blank to start the normal install flow.
Connect Square sandbox
Square sandbox needs the seller test account launched first. Square will then attach the authorization to the right test merchant.
Open Square Developer Console, choose Sandbox test accounts, then launch the Default Test Account or Square Dashboard in this same browser before continuing.
Disconnect provider
SAGE will stop pulling new data from this provider until you reconnect it.
Existing imported data stays in your dashboard. New syncs, insights, and provider actions pause for this provider.
Connect selected services
SAGE keeps your selections together and opens each provider's approval screen in order.

Employees enter the store code and PIN here, then clock in, accept Today-list tasks, and mark them complete for your review.
